ABOUT

Professional service.
Human touch.

We’re Caitlin and Kevin Root, the locals behind Aptos Notary.

We both come from customer service backgrounds, so listening, clear communication, and making people feel at ease are at the heart of how we work. We bring that same care to every signing, big or small.

We come to homes, offices, hospitals, escrow appointments, mobile home parks, and your favorite Cat & Cloud.

The goal is simple: Make the notary part of your process easy, straightforward, and human.

When we’re not helping neighbors with important paperwork, you’ll find us surfing at the Point, hiking and biking in Nisene Marks, or playing pickleball around town.
