Gordon and Izzy are office mascots, not the main event. Their role is mostly morale, supervision, and making sure somebody eventually takes a walk.

They stay out of client appointments unless explicitly appropriate. Professional document handling, privacy, and a calm signing environment come first.

You may see an occasional pawprint around the site or on Notes From the Road. That is about as much authority as they are allowed.
